2. The service

LeadLift AI helps users discover publicly available business information, organize lead lists, and generate outreach drafts. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadLift AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
