LeadLift AI is a tool for discovering publicly available business information and generating personalized outreach drafts to businesses for legitimate B2B purposes.

You must

• Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and local anti-spam regulations.
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Use accurate sender information in any outreach you send.
• Only contact businesses for legitimate, relevant purposes.

You must not

• Use the platform to collect restricted, private, or login-gated personal data.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass the access controls of any third-party platform.
• Send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful messages.
• Resell raw lead data scraped from the platform without explicit permission.
• Target individuals in their personal capacity rather than as business representatives.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
